The Houston Cinema Arts Festival is branching out. While in the past, the festival concentrated on films that celebrated the arts and the creative process, this year, films about space get a spotlight. Music, again, will play a big role during the festival, in its seventh year. "Sir Doug and the Genuine Texas Cosmic Groove," the debut film by writer Joe Nick Patoski, looks at the life and music of legend Doug Sahm.
